4CORNERS COMPENSATION PLAN; HOW IT WORKS

4corners just like any network business has a compensation plan through which its Independent Business Owners(IBOs) earn commissions from the sales of their financial education sets of e-books.  As you are aware, we in 4corners market financial e-books, unlike other network companies who market health, fuel, watch, tea and other products.
In all these companies, members are paid commissions from the sale of the products. So let’s look at what a sale is in network business.

A SALE

A sale in any network business simply means a product has been bought, either through a new registration or members purchasing the products from the company’s office themselves.
Now because we in 4corners market PDF books instead of physical products,  our sale is a little bit different but is basically the same. So let’s look at what a sale in 4corners means.

What is a sale in 4corners?

In 4corners, a sale happens when any of these 3 happens;

1. When you register a new member into 4corners with his/her $18.
2. When a down line in your team registers a new member with his/her $18.
3. When you or a down line in your team upgrades to another level, thus either level 2,3,4,5 or 6.

So when any of the above happens, a sale of the e-books has been made.

WHY?

This is because when you register a new member, $10 of his/her $18 is used to purchase the level 1 books for the person, so there is a sale. Also when you or a member in your team upgrades, 4corners auto deduct some of your commission to purchase the books at that level for you. So clearly that’s  a sale made.
Now that you have understood what a sale means, let’s proceed to find out how you make money through these sales.

4CORNERS COMPENSATION PLAN

4corners has 9 strong comp plans for it’s members to make commissions. These are;

1. INSTANT COMMISSION

 Now this is the first compensation plan in 4corners and also the confusing one. Instant commission is the money you receive whenever there is a sale in your team from your down lines depending on where they fall in your genealogy. Let me break it down well.  4corners has a 4×6 company forced matrix in which they place registered members into. 4×6 simply means the matrix is 4 wide, thus only 4 in the front roll and 6 deep, meaning up to 6 generations or levels below. So this means each person has only 4 in his/her front n 6 generations under him/her.  Now it being a forced matrix also means you can only have a specific number in that generation or level, not more than that. Once that number is filled, any new person is sent into the next level.. That’s the spillover. Once that level also gets filled with it required number, the rest will go to the next level, till all levels are filled up. This is what a forced matrix means.

So in 4corners, the 4×6 matrix works in the duplication of 4. Thus everyone recruits 4 each to fill the matrix. Spill over can also fill the matrix. So you have 6 generations under you for which you are going to be paid instant commission whenever there is a sale in each of these generation.

These are;

1st generation:  4 people

2nd generation: 16 people

3rd generation:  64 people

4th generation:  256 people

5th generation: 1024 people 6th generation: 4096 people

So these are the generation you have and the specific number of people that will fill each generation. You can see that is a duplication of 4..thus 4×4=16

16×4=64

64×4=256…etc.

Now each of the generation above has a specific instant commission 4corners pays you when there is a sale by the people in that generation. Now that instant commission is paid once per person at each generation.. I repeat, the instant commission is paid once per person at each generation when there is a sale.

This is the instant commission 4corners pays you for each generation;

1st generation: $4

2nd generation:$4

3rd generation: $10

4th generation: $24

5th generation: $60

6th generation: $120

So now let’s see how you make the instant commission at each generation.

1st Gen Instant commission

Now this generation is the 4 people you begin your matrix with. They can either come from you or be a spillover from an up-line above you. Once anyone falls into this generation, whether through you or an up-line, you receive $4 instant commission after that person registers with his/her $18. That is why when you registered your 1st,2nd,3rd or 4th members by yourself, you received $4 each as instant commission on them. Why? Because they fall in your 1st generation, and 4corners pays you $4 instant commission whenever there is a sale by registration in that generation. If that person is from an up-line but not you, you will still receive $4 instant commission on him, because he landed in your 1st generation. So by the time you finish with the 4people, you make a total of $16 on your 1st generation. Now this is paid once, you will not receive instant commission again on these 4people at your 1st generation again. You are done with them as far as instant commission is concerned. It’s paid once per person. Your next instant commission is now from you 2nd generation people.

2ndGen Instant commission

Now this generation is the people that your 4 in 1st generation brought. It can also be a spillover from you, because once you get your 4 people any other person will be placed in the 2nd by 4corners…spillover remember. Now at this generation too 4corners pays $4 instant commission on each of the 16 people when they upgrade to level 2 with their $10 deduction. So immediately any of these people upgrade to level 2, you receive $4 instant commission each on them because they fall in your 2nd generation, whether you brought them or not into 4corners. So you make $4×16, a total of $64 on all these 16 people when they upgrade to level 2. Again this commission is paid once per person. As soon as you have received your $64 on this generation, no instant commission on this people again for you. Your next instant commission now is your 3rd generation.

3rd Gen Instant commission

As in your 2nd generation, this generation contains 64 people, all from the 16 people in 2nd generation or can also be spillover from up-lines. Once people fall here, they are part of your 3rd generation instant commission. Now 4corners doubles the instant commission at this level to $10 each when the members in your 3rd upgrade to level 3 with their $25 deduction. So as soon as anyone upgrades from this generation, you will receive $10 instant commission each on all 64 people. A total of $10×64=$640 in instant commission.  Again this is paid once. Your next instant commission is your 4th generation.

4th Gen instant commission

Now your 4th generation contains 256 people, from the 64 people in 3rd generation, can also be spillover from up-lines. As soon as anyone in this 4th generation upgrades to level 4 with the $60 deduction by 4corners, you will receive $24 instant commission on that person. Why?  Because he/she falls in your 4th generation. So by the time you finish with this level, you make $24×256, a total of $6,144. You are done with them. Your next instant commission is your 5th generation.

5th Gen instant commission

This generation contains 1024 people, from the 4th generation people. Can also be spillover from above. Once anyone upgrades to level 5 with his/her $150 deduction by 4corners, you will receive $60 as instant commission on him because he is in your 5th generation. By the time you finish with this level, you make $60×1024, a total of $61,440. You are done with them. Your next instant commission is your 6th generation.
  
6th Gen instant commission

Now this is the final generation, containing 4096 people, from the people in 5th generation or spillover. Once anyone in this generation upgrades to level 6 with $300 deduction by 4corners, you receive $120 as instant commission on them. So by the time you finish with this level you make, $120×4096, a whooping $491,520 in instant commission. Now you are done and have completed your 4×6 matrix.
So this is how the instant commission works partners

 Key points to note;

1. It is paid once per person
2. It comes from different generation with different amount.
3. It’s when those in that generation have upgraded to that level, not just being there.
4. Everyone in 4corners will receive the same amount in instant commission when the matrix is completed.

Now let me clear some usual questions about the instant commission.

Question  1.

I am in level 3 now, will I start receiving $10 instant commission from anyone I register now?

Ans: Clearly you have seen it’s a no, you don’t start receiving $10 because you’re in level 3. It’s only when people in your 3rd generation upgrade to level 3 that u will be paid $10 instant commission on them. You upgrading to level 3 simply means you have upgraded to level 3 and purchased the book, it doesn’t mean you will start receiving $10 instant commission from anyone you register.

Question 2.

One of the 4people I registered has upgraded to level 2 but I didn’t receive any $4 on him why?

Ans. Yes, no $4 for you, because he was in your 1st generation and you received $4 on him already when you registered him. And you have seen instant commission is paid once per person on each generation. The one who will receive the $4 is the person who your guy falls into his 2nd generation; in this case your sponsor.

Question 3.

Do I need to fill each generation to the fullest before I can be upgraded to the next level?

Ans: No please, all generation doesn’t have to fill up before you are upgraded to the next level. Once you have earned enough commission, through instant commission and matching bonuses, that can buy the next level e-books, 4corners auto deducts and upgrades you to that level. So upgrading simply means you have earned enough commission in your balance that can buy the next level product, not filling all the position at that level. That’s why you saw your $10 was deducted and you taken to level 2 when you registered only 3 people, even though you have 1more left to fill your 4 position in 1st generation. It’s because you made $4 each on the 3… Thus $4×3=$12, this $12 is enough to buy the level 2 books of $10. So if you have not withdrawn it, 4corners will auto deduct and take you to level 2. So please you don’t have to fill all your position in each generation before you upgrade. You can be in any level at any time once you make enough commission that can buy that level’s e-books.

Ans:  That’s not possible. 100% matching bonus is paid on the person you have personally sponsored or registered into 4corners with your marketing link not just your whole team.

Question

One guy I registered has received a matching bonus on his recruit, why didn’t I also receive a matching bonus on him?

Ans:  No please, you don’t receive matching bonus on someone’s matching bonus even if you the one who registered him. Rather you receive matching bonus on the instant commission of your direct recruit.

3. DIAMOND LEADER

Now all network businesses have names or positions or ranks for their members as they perform in the business. This position is used to show ranks of members who have reached laudable heights in the business. Some have supervisor, manager, associate, Diamond associate, executive Diamond etc.
So 4corners also introduced a rank called Diamond Leader.

So who is a Diamond leader in 4corners?

In 4corners, a Diamond leader is any member who has been able to personally recruit 200 people into the business.
So on the day you personally recruit your 200th member into 4corners, you become a Diamond leader in the business.

So what do I get by becoming a Diamond leader?

Becoming a Diamond leader in 4corners is just marvelous, aside the prestige it gives you in the business, you have these 2 commissions to earn:

1. DIAMOND LEADER BONUS
2. DIAMOND LEADER’S 100% MATCHING BONUS.

DIAMOND LEADER BONUS

When you become a Diamond leader in your team, 4corners says aside the usual instant commission and 100% matching bonus you are earning already, you will earn additional 3% on every sale that is made in the entire team you have under you at that time u become the Diamond leader.

So as a Diamond leader from Monday to Friday you earn $6+$6+$7.5+$18+$22.5+$45 = $105

Now let’s find out some regulations you must know in 4corners as you build your business so you don’t fall foul of it.

MISSED COMMISSION/ PENALTIES.

4corners just like any other network business has some regulations to check unfairness or cheating in the system. This measure is there to make members work hard so the system can be equitable.

Now you have clearly seen that all these commissions we are earning is as a results of sales been made, especially through upgrades to another level by purchasing the e-books.

So imagine everyone decides not to upgrade and stay at a particular level say level 2 and will only be withdrawing his/her commission, how will others above get paid?  So it is important that you upgrade to another level as you build your business. You get paid when those below you upgrade, then someone above you also gets paid when you upgrade. So ask yourself, will it be fair when you are enjoying commissions from those below you as they upgrade then you sit at one level n decide not to upgrade so those above get paid?. That’s clearly not at all.

So this is 4corners measure to check that, if you decide to be smart n not upgrade but stay at one level n be withdrawing all your commission without leaving some to be deducted so someone also earn on you, when a person in a particular generation below you decides to upgrade to a higher level above you, you miss that commission when that person upgrades. The commission will be paid to an up-line above you who is at that level or above it.

So let’s say you are in level 2, every week when you make $20 then you withdraw, you make $24 you withdraw, you make $16 you withdraw. Instead of also allowing your commission to reach $25 so you are deducted and upgraded to level 3 so someone also gets paid above, when a person in say your 3rd generation decides to upgrade to level 3 by allowing his $25 deduction, even though you are the one supposed to receive the $10 instant commission, you will miss it, and it will be paid to the up-line above you who has upgraded to level 3 or more. You cannot be smart n stay at level 2 and earn on someone below u upgrading to level 3.

So this is the penalty in 4corners Partners

Don’t be smart n stay at one level for ever. So you have 2 ways to do this;

1.  ALLOW ALL DEDUCTIONS

First option is to work hard so you go through all your level deductions and get to level 6. Thus you don’t withdraw your commission; you allow it to accumulate so you are auto upgraded till you finish level 6. With this one you are now through every level so you miss no commission. Then you can now start accumulating your commission to any amount you like cause there is no deduction again once you done with your level 6.

OR

2. WITHDRAW SOME BUT UPGRADE TIMELY

Now this is the method we all using now. Withdraw some of the commission along the way but please make it a point to upgrade to other levels so you don’t miss commission from those below you. This is better since you have to get a feel of your commission. So withdraw some, but be smart and upgrade after a while. Use your genealogy to guide you and see how your down lines are doing in each generation. If your down lines are upgrading, then you should be smart and do same. Always stay on top of level above you down lines.
So this is the missed commission penalty in 4corners. It’s to promote fairness. So simply withdraw some commissions sometimes but also be smarter and upgrade.
